Media Distribution Inc. (MDI) is a New York-based technology firm focused on providing innovative streaming solutions tailored for corporate and enterprise settings. Our goal is to streamline video distribution, improve network efficiency, and lower operational expenses for large events and corporate communications.
Multicast Agent is MDI’s flagship product, designed to manage and distribute live video streams within corporate networks efficiently. It includes Windows and Mac installers that receive UDP multicast transmissions and convert them for display in a web browser window. This solution allows businesses to optimize their video streaming infrastructure while minimizing bandwidth consumption.
Eligibility & Account Creation
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Commercial Terms
MDI provides software licensing, staff training, environment configuration, and ongoing setup support for its clients. Clients pay for the license to use the Multicast Agent installers and ongoing setup support as part of their service agreement. All commercial terms, including fees, payment schedules, and service level agreements, are outlined in individual contracts.
Modification of Offerings
MDI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at its sole discretion. We will endeavor to provide notice of significant changes but are not obligated to do so.
Warranties & Responsibilities

Intellectual Property Rights

Account Suspension & Termination
MDI reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, misuse of the service, or non-payment of fees. Users may also terminate their accounts by providing written notice to MDI.
Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless MDI, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of our services.
